PRODUCTION TIME

At DVNTRTH, each item is crafted with care and purpose. Because most products are made to order, production begins only after your purchase is confirmed. This process allows us to maintain premium quality control, uphold sustainable production practices, and reduce unnecessary waste.

Typical production and processing times are as follows:

  • Standard production: 3–7 business days (excluding shipping time)

  • Peak seasons (holidays, new collection launches): Up to 18 business days due to increased order volume

Please note that “business days” refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

Once your order enters production, you will receive an email notification confirming that your item(s) are being prepared. As soon as production is complete and your package ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

If an item experiences an unforeseen delay due to stock shortages, printing constraints, or supplier issues, our support team will notify you promptly via email.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping times vary depending on the destination, chosen shipping method, and carrier performance. DVNTRTH works with trusted global carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Estimated delivery times:

  • U.S. Domestic: 7-14 business days after production (can be up to 2-3 weeks total during holidays)

  • Canada: 14-20 business days after production

  • International: 3-4 weeks business days after production

All shipments include tracking information, which will be emailed automatically once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and carrier availability. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions or flat-rate shipping within the U.S., which will be clearly indicated at checkout.

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on fulfillment center locations or product type. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

SHIPPING DELAYS

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, DVNTRTH cannot guarantee exact arrival dates once an order has shipped. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Carrier delays or logistical disruptions

  • Customs inspections or import restrictions

  • Global supply chain issues

  • Peak seasonal demand or public holidays

If your package has not arrived within 15 business days after shipment, please contact support@dvntrth.com with your order number and tracking information. Our team will investigate with the carrier and keep you informed throughout the process.

DVNTRTH will make every reasonable effort to assist in resolving shipping issues; however, once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery time and performance are the carrier’s responsibility.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their DVNTRTH purchase. However, due to our made-to-order production model, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Eligible issues include:

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include A defect, damage, or error includes any problem that occurred at the manufacturer or fulfillment center such as

  • Misaligned or low-quality printing

  • Incorrect print placement or color

  • Fabric flaws, loose stitching, holes, or tears

  • Stains, scratches, or visible damage

  • Wrong size, color, or item sent

  • Missing items in the order

  • Packaging errors that cause the product to arrive harmed

To request a return or replacement

  1. Email our customer support team at support@dvntrth.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the item showing the defect, damage, or issue

    • A brief description of the problem

      (Do not share anything confidential such as credit card/DVNTRTH login credentials)

  3. Our support team will review your request within 3 business days and provide next steps.

If your return or replacement request is approved

  • DVNTRTH will issue a replacement order at no additional cost or offer a refund to your original payment method, depending on the situation.

  • In some cases, you may be asked to return the item to our fulfillment partner. If so, you will receive a prepaid return instructions.

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the credit to your account.

If your return or replacement request is NOT approved

  • DVNTRTH will decline a replacement nor refund based on it not match: defect, damage, or issue category.

Important:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging for any approved return.

  • DVNTRTH reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet eligibility requirements.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Our commitment

DVNTRTH stands on truth, integrity, and honor. We want every customer to feel seen, valued, and confident in what they receive. If a production error occurs, we will make it right with care and excellence.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are designated as final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Custom or personalized apparel (including special-order prints or color options)

  • Gift cards and digital products

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items

  • Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page at time of purchase

Please double-check your order details and size selections before finalizing your purchase.

ADDRESS ERRORS & LOST PACKAGES

To ensure successful delivery, please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. DVNTRTH is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout

  • Missing apartment, suite, or unit numbers

  • Forwarding issues after moving

If an incorrect address was provided and your order has not yet shipped, contact support@dvntrth.com immediately. We will attempt to update the shipping information before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Lost Packages

If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:

  1. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.

  2. Check with household members, neighbors, or your local mailroom.

  3. Contact your local post office or carrier with the tracking number.

DVNTRTH is not responsible for stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. We recommend selecting a secure delivery address.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order, provided production has not yet begun. Once your order is in production, it cannot be canceled.

To request a cancellation, email support@dvntrth.com as soon as possible with your order number and the subject line “Order Cancellation Request.”

If production has already started, your order will continue through fulfillment, and our return policy will apply.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

DVNTRTH proudly ships worldwide. Please note:

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs processing can cause additional delays.

  • DVNTRTH cannot modify customs declarations or mark items as gifts.

If a package is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@dvntrth.com.

Include your order number, clear photos of the damaged product and packaging, and a brief description. DVNTRTH will cover the cost of replacement or refund for verified cases.
